Ingredients
- 6 Tbsp Coriander seeds
- 3 Tbsp Cumin seeds
- 5 Tbsp ground turmeric
- 3 Tbsp Paprika (not smoked)
- 2 Tbsp Hot curry powder
- 1 Tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (Cayenne will be OK if you can't get Kashmiri powder)
- 1 Tbsp Garam Masala Use my recipe if you have time

Instructions
- Lightly toast the coriander seeds for 30 seconds and then add the cumin seeds for another minute or so, make sure they don't burn
- Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to a fine powder, use straight away or keep in a jam jar and use whenever you need it
