Rob’s Sultan’s Special Spicey Indian Restaurant Mix
This is a great mix for many Indian dishes and can be used along with a curry base to create a really authentic Indian curry.
Ingredients

Coriander seeds

Tbsp
Cumin seeds

ground turmeric

Tbsp
Paprika (not smoked)

Tbsp
Hot curry powder
1
Tbsp
Kashmiri Chilli Powder
(Cayenne will be OK if you can’t get Kashmiri powder)

Garam Masala
Use my recipe if you have time
Instructions
Lightly toast the coriander seeds for 30 seconds and then add the cumin seeds for another minute or so, make sure they don’t burn
Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to a fine powder, use straight away or keep in a jam jar and use whenever you need it
