Rob’s Sultan’s Special Spicey Indian Restaurant Mix
This is a great mix for many Indian dishes and can be used along with a curry base to create a really authentic Indian curry.
  1. Lightly toast the coriander seeds for 30 seconds and then add the cumin seeds for another minute or so, make sure they don’t burn
  2. Put all the ingredients in a grinder and grind to a fine powder, use straight away or keep in a jam jar and use whenever you need it
